Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dito77 ("dito77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dito77 website located at dito77.com, including all games, services, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of dito77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by dito77 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

dito77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the dito77 Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one dito77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. dito77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, and balances associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. dito77 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID card, or PhilSys national ID. dito77 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dito77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dito77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify dito77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Information Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address must be verified before taking effect. dito77 may require re-verification of identity following significant account changes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dito77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). dito77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your dito77 account upon confirmation of receipt by dito77's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. dito77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your dito77 account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• dito77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• dito77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a dito77 deposit is a breach of these Terms. dito77 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to a chargeback.

Bonuses and Promotions

dito77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or account status restrictions.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• dito77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse. dito77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and any bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the dito77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Random Number Generation. All dito77 slot games and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dito77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with dito77 employees.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dito77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent dito77's security measures, KYC procedures, or responsible gaming tools.
• Holding more than one dito77 account simultaneously.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from dito77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of dito77's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dito77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Damages arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account by third parties.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the Platform.

dito77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dito77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dito77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy and Data Protection

dito77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dito77 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and dito77 cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account Suspension and Termination

dito77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• dito77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• dito77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, dito77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, dito77 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your dito77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and dito77, you agree to first contact dito77's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. dito77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. dito77's decisions on all gaming-related matters, including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
